Annual and Monthly Service Plans

When we sell a bicycle our customers receive life-time free adjustments for as long as they own their bicycle. Customers who have purchased bicycles elsewhere have asked us if they can get life-time free adjustments for their bicycle. Well, now everyone can get “free” unlimited adjustments and more!

Ride615 Bicycle Shop is introducing four different value service plans for bicycle maintenance. Three of the plans are annual and require upfront payment and one of the plans is a monthly subscription service giving the customer “free” unlimited adjustments for as long as they are subscribers. These plans are for purchase by you, the customer, and apply to only one bicycle. So, one customer, one plan, one bicycle.

What are our “free” unlimited adjustments? We provide this service to our customers who purchase new bicycles from us giving them peace of mind regarding the functioning of their new bikes. We will adjust derailleurs, brakes, suspension, seat and seat post, bars, stem, anything that can be adjusted for a more comfortable fit or better functioning machine. We do this to keep our customers riding and prevent maintenance problems caused by out of tune bicycles or worn out parts. We try to take care of free adjustments on the spot or as soon as possible to keep the rider riding.

However, our unlimited adjustments do not cover repairs or installation of parts or accessories. For example, if a customer brings in their bicycle for a derailleur adjustment and we realize the cable or housing is damaged and the derailleur cannot be properly adjusted, then this becomes a paid service repair and is no longer an adjustment. The installation of tubes, new tires, grips, chains, pedals, or any other component part or accessory is not included in unlimited adjustments.

Any customer who subscribes to one of our plans will be given priority service. But please bear in mind that during the busy season, this may still mean leaving your bicycle for a day or two in order to be serviced.

The Fine Print:

Plans can be used in any of our four stores as listed at the bottom of this page.

Services in each plan must be used during the time the customer is enrolled in the plan. Services cannot be carried over, moved, or modified. No rainchecks.

Final determination of what is included for each service is reserved for the mechanic or store manager.

Determination of when an adjustment becomes a work order and paid service is left to the mechanic or store manager. Adjustments are not a tune-up and can't be turned into a tune-up.

Plans are for one customer and one bicycle.

Annual plans will NOT renew automatically.

The monthly plan is subscription based and charges will continue bimonthly until canceled by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel this plan.
